Quickest vegan recipes

As I promise I will be adding some yummy but quick recipes for you to try at home. When you juggle family life, or your own busy life its always easy to make.
my most favourite is korma veggies
2 onions
2 clove of garlic
1 can of chickpeas
1 can of red beans
1 can of butter beans
2 courgettes
1 can of coconut milk
1 tbs or more of korma mix spices
olive oil

heat olive oil in a pan add chopped onion and crushed garlic, make sure to stir during frying not to burn garlic, all dish might become bitter in taste, if this happened. When onion its nice and soft add slice courgettes chickpeas and beans. Let it cook for 10 min add coconut milk and korma spices, cook it for another 10 minutes try to evaporate as much water as possible. it can be eaten on its own or you can cook rice, pasta or any other thing you like.
